The HR Information Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day technical and operational support of Pacific Seafood's HR Information System environments. In this role, you will be responsible for leading trainings with end users, participating in UKG and SAP development sessions, and partnering with IT to ensure all related systems are functioning as expected. In addition, you will assist the team with onboarding of the platform, developing best-in-class practices, and helping improve and grow our business using UKG and other technical capabilities. You will also run reports, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create technical requirements, system documentation, and support system maintenance and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
- Manage system administration including reports development, password resets, email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, auto-responses, SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems to maintaining data quality.
- Develop, design, build, test, implement, maintain, and enhance HRIS tables, codes and security.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify, and correct HRIS technical problems and deficiencies.
- Conduct meetings with managers to assess HRIS demands and develop personalized solutions for user adoption and customer growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, maintain, and distribute performance dashboards for KPIs, including pipeline management, user task and event management, and revenue and client engagement metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving HRIS and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure system optimization.
- Lead the communication, deployment, and training of related to system changes and new features to end users and stakeholders.
- Perform routine system functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, user security and access audits, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups, and license management.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions, and training models with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Run scheduled reports and create reports, as needed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- A minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
- Prior experience providing advanced technical support as well as guidance for further technical evaluation, implementation and advanced training is also necessary.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- HRIS, ATS, and/or Payroll Systems management experience
Pay Range: $68,134 - 90,486 annually
