The Job
- Conduct recruitment effort for all departments/positions, to include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending contingent offers, generating offer letters, completing pre-employment screenings, and completing I9 and E-Verify post-hire processing.
- Participate in annual performance management and career development processes
- Coach supervisors/managers regarding employee performance issues and policy interpretations
- Complete separation paperwork for terminating employees and conduct exit interviews.
- Complete investigations of assigned employee relations issues, such as employee complaints and harassment allegations.
- Answer employee questions and/or resolve basic issues related to Specialty areas, referring more complex issues to the HR team member assigned that Specialty.
- Ensure ADP WFN Recruitment data is up-to-date.
- Complete special projects as assigned by manager (i.e., Org Charts, Headcount Report, etc.).
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years direct HR experience in a similar role
- Current knowledge of major employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex tasks independently
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities
