React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.
The HR Generalist will work closely with the Director of HR across all aspects of HR. You?ll help coordinate several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.. You will also gain exposure across the organization through special projects and partnerships with leadership. With support from management, you will find yourself regularly growing in your career, using new tools and frameworks to address emerging needs as the company grows.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main point of contact for employees; including internal communications and employee relations.
- Help manage the full employee lifecycle, including; pre-hire coordination, onboarding, training, performance management, terminations, etc.
- Support and maintain HR Systems, data management, and other general HR administrative duties.
- Assist with benefits and payroll administration.
- Act as an ambassador for, and lead initiatives related to employee experience, culture, and diversity, equity & inclusion goals.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the Director of HR.
