This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR practices. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, manage benefits programs, and serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. The Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan, leave administration.
