Human Resources Generalist
Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of the employee benefits administration process, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with human capital management initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
- Maintain and update HRIS system with accurate employee data and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement succession planning strategies
- Utilize ADP or similar HR software to manage employee records, payroll, and timekeeping
- Review and administer employment contracts and agreements
- Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees
- Support talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Assist with workers' compensation claims administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations
- Experience in human capital management practices and strategies
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro) for data management and reporting
- Familiarity with succession planning principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and agreements
- Knowledge of talent management techniques for attracting, developing, and retaining employees
- Understanding of workers' compensation procedures and compliance requirements
