We have a well-respected client that is urgently hiring for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The main focus of the HR Generalist will involve completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Responsibilities
- Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Design a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Team up with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Draft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
- Knowledgeable in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
- 1+ years of human resources experience
