Luther Park Community, a senior community that provides care ranging from independent housing to long-term care, is seeking a Human Resources professional to take our recruitment and retention efforts to the next level. This opportunity will allow you to directly impact our employees who provide top-notch care for our senior care community.
The HR Generalist will focus on company-wide recruitment and retention, payroll, and be our in-house employee benefits expert. You'll work closely with our management team and have an opportunity to grow and develop within your role.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRIS system
Attention to detail
