Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and managers
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Kronos) and other HR software (Paychex, Paylocity)
- Experience with conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Knowledge of workforce management principles is a plus
