NNSA Requirements for MedPEDs:
If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sandia National Laboratories, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
What Your Job Will Be Like:
Organization 03502-2, HR Solutions - Training, is currently seeking a Human Resources Operations Generalist to join their team!
The selected candidate performs administrative, transactional, course management, and data/records management activities in support of HR and HRIS functions, including processing course due date extensions, entering course completions, creating rosters, etc. This person will handle requests for HR documentation tasks and inquiries in which they will process transactions by collecting required information or back-up documentation from employees, managers, and other HR departments, including probing for additional information if unclear, performing data entry, and sending requested documents.
The selected candidate will provide excellent customer service by responding to both phone and online inquiries from employees and managers at all levels and resolve questions/issues by accessing information in multiple systems.
This position reports directly to the HR Solutions Training Team Lead.
On any given day, one may be called upon to:
+ Coordinate administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities in the Learning Management System and Oracle Service Cloud
+ Travel by car between locations to setup/breakdown training classrooms
+ Handle requests for administrative tasks such as moving training dates, entering credit for class completions, and rescheduling training sessions
+ Assist customers navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools
+ Efficiently fulfill commitments by managing workload effectively
Qualifications We Require:
+ A High School diploma, plus 3 years related experience in Human Resources, Training, or Classroom Management; or equivalent experience and/or achievements that demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job
+ The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE L-level security clearance
Qualifications We Desire:
+ An Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, English, Psychology, Marketing/Sales, or a related field
+ An active Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification
+ Experience in a shared services environment
+ The demonstrated ability to team well and communicate effectively with others
+ Keen attention to detail
+ Familiarity with learning management systems and case management systems, in particularly TEDS and Oracle Service Cloud
+ Experience managing training courses at Sandia National Labs
+ The ability to protect and keep personally identifiable information (PII) confidential

Security Clearance:
