Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs.
- Create learning and development programs.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs.
- Assess employee handbook and develop one that is current with trends and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Payroll Responsibilities include:
- You will be processing bi-weekly payroll using PayCor and issuing employee paychecks.
- Compute wages and deductions and enter data.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred but not required.
- At least two or more years of Payroll experience required, ideally with PayCor
- Two or more years of Human Resources.
- Some experience with Benefits.
