The Ewald Automotive Group has a professional opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist!
The Ewald Automotive Group is one of Wisconsin's largest privately owned Companies with 450 employees and growing.
This position will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing growth of our 59-year-old family-owned Company and one of Milwaukee's Top Workplaces.
The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources with key responsibility areas to include:
*Attracting, recruiting and retaining employees to support our 8 locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
*Training and development program implementation and coordination as well as hands-on conducting various workshops.
*Coordinating employee on-boarding and orientation to the company and serving as the first line coach to this process.
*Traveling to and working in each of the company locations for employee relations issues.
*Resolving any team member questions or concerns
*Assisting in annual benefits open enrollment meetings
*Helping HR Director with various tasks
The requirements we seek for the candidate for this position include:
*2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience preferably in a retail oriented setting.
*Recent college graduate.
*Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS system is a definite plus!
*Ability to travel between our 8 locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
*Must be very experienced in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
*Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal with attention to detail.
*Someone who likes to work from a specific plan with exceptional follow-up.
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment is critical.
