Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you’ve got to have the goods. Here’s what we’re looking for.
- Education (preferred level):
- A Bachelor’s Degree is our ideal choice. Bonus points if you have some HR certification.
- Experience:
- Dive in with 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the lively world of warehouses or manufacturing.
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Sharpen your interpersonal skills, organize like a pro, and light up your communication channels—both written and verbal.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!
- Glide smoothly through all team levels, from newbies to top dogs.
- Keep those secrets locked tight – handling confidential info carefully is a must.
