Job Title:HR Director
Duties:
- Work with Program Development and Business Development Teams on all staffing aspects of proposal development process.
- Create and execute on a recruiting strategy that promotes employer brand, diversity sourcing, and improves the quality of hires.
- Create and oversee processes to work with the hiring managers and other stake holders to review employment requisitions, interview process management and develop targeted recruitment strategies to find the best qualified candidates. Tailor the sourcing strategies to align with the organization's recruitment objectives.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Integrate diversity and inclusion practices into the recruitment program. Develop strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, including promoting job opportunities to underrepresented groups, establishing partnerships with diverse organizations, and implementing inclusive hiring practices.
- Oversight of the tracking and reporting of recruiting activities (candidates, open requisitions, applicant files, interviews, etc.) and key metrics designed to measure recruiting activities and quality of hires. Communicate to stakeholders through appropriate channels.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of recruitment solutions.
- Revenue is an important Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and as such ensuring the targets are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the overall business strategy and market conditions. Regular monitoring, performance tracking, and adjustment of targets based on actual results are essential to keep the recruitment business on track and drive revenue growth.
- Look after all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, behavioural assessment, vendor management, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
- Have adequate knowledge on multiple ATS, HR and reporting systems.
- Research into competitors and marketplace.
- Use experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods to develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
- Review Recruitment Packages coming from other recruiters for accuracy, adherence to Recruitment SOP, and quality of recruitment process.
- Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes and software and systems used.
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team, evaluate the performance, and conduct their Annual Appraisal discussions.
Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields, plus five years of progressive experience in a related field. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
