You’ll be a key part of the launch team that will help bring the electrification revolution to driveways, job sites, and highways everywhere. BlueOval Battery Park Michigan will produce the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries to power the next-generation Ford EV passenger vehicles and trucks under development.

You'll have…
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- Broad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development and workforce planning.
- Experience providing HR support to both a salaried and hourly workforce
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience delivering significant HR process improvements and/or change management efforts, preferably as a Project Manager/Lead
- Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop teams
- Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resources
- Travel will be required throughout 2024, as well as future relocation to the Marshall, Michigan area at the appropriate time

What you'll do…
This role will be responsible for leading all Human Resources functions for hourly and salaried employees at the facility including, but not limited to:
- Drive organization capability in a brand-new greenfield site by applying organizational design and change management skills
- Guide facility leadership in setting People priorities, culture expectations, and KPIs
- Shape a positive employee relations environment to provide a best-in-class work environment for all employees
- Design HR processes and procedures to enable a competitive framework, culture, and positive employee experiences
- Design and launch the HR Delivery model for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, etc. as well as strategic alignment with key partners and stakeholders
- Build a world class manufacturing team at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan to help drive innovation and deliver success by developing talent pipelines throughout the community
- Build, lead, and develop the Human Resources team to support business initiatives and goals
- Represent BlueOval Battery Park Michigan and work with government agencies, key community partners, and other external organizations
- Ensure a successful launch of BlueOval Battery Park Michigan
