Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Director to work as a strategic business partner with the Corporate Executive and Leadership Team in all areas of people, team and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the SVP & Chief People officer, this position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to work across the organization to drive talent strategy and provide HR business partner support to the corporate functions. He/she will have leadership responsibility for talent management, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Closely collaborate with corporate leadership teams as a strategic partner. Responsible for the development implementation of talent and organization effectiveness strategies that align with the business strategy.
- Understand each functions’ mission and priorities and apply HR expertise to develop solutions on key organizational issues.
- Actively advise and coach the business leaders in support of business plans and organizational strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall talent strategy, people processes, policies and systems through collaboration with the broader HR organization and Regional HR team, emphasizing ongoing enhancements and refinements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and employees on issues of all kinds, including coaching and problem-solving complex people matters.
- Provide support to leadership on organization and business issues including, but not limited to, culture, engagement, change, talent management, development and team effectiveness.
- Lead the talent acquisition team. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring acquisition and retention of top talent. Drive the employer brand and enhance FXI’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Proactively identify and address human resources challenges and opportunities, including staying abreast of workforce trends and best practices, conducting regular workforce analyses, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis that will assist the organization in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding performance.
- Use discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Expected to maintain the utmost confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related; PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a high-impact HR Business Partner.
- Highly skilled in organizational change management; proven ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
- Ability to leverage best practice knowledge and experience to propose innovative and integrated solutions to business opportunities.
- Critical problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable style. Comfortable navigating through ambiguity.
- Experience presenting to a leadership team with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Strong people influencer and partner to executives and managers.
