The Summer Intern will perform duties of a highly responsible and complex nature requiring excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to multi-task, be well organized, reliable, and possess good independent judgment and decision-making skills.
The HR Data & Analytics Summer Intern will:
- Assist in the development and dissemination of SRNS employee metrics.
- Support recruiting processes with Data and statistics for trends and patterns.
- Compile HR Data and metrics from the human resource information system, applicant tracking system, and exit interviews.
- Assist in the maintenance of the human capital dashboard.
- Identify and propose improvements/automatization in the daily activities.
- Assist with compiling reports and tracking trends and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to present to senior management.
The successful candidate must be able to utilize all basic computer skills and provide administrative and data support to the HR Data & Analytics Team. The HR Data & Analytics Team Summer Intern will have an opportunity to work with IT and subject matter experts in all areas of Human Resources.
Qualifications We Require
Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university, or within one year after finishing a degree program. Must have completed freshman year of college. Must successfully complete Savannah River Site General Employee Training and substance abuse processing.

Security Clearance Information
