Summary
Ranpak is seeking a HR Coordinator for a three-to-six-month assignment. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions within an organization. These responsibilities include the maintenance of UKG, our HR system of record, beginning with onboarding through off-boarding of all US employees. The Human Resources Coordinator will be the point-of-contact for benefit related questions, ad-hoc reporting needs, employee records and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining our employee system of record, i.e., onboarding and processing of new hires, terminations, employee changes, etc.
- UKG Administration & Accuracy of Info
- Annual Enrollment administration and coordination, follow ups, etc.
- Benefits Portal administration, lookups, card reprints, and general questions related to benefits
- PTO Renewals & tier changes
- Frontline UKG assistance for employees
- Timecard and other basic UKG reporting
- UKG Onboarding activities
- Qualifying Event approvals
- HR Reporting, Tracking and General Duties
- Premiums Invoice Review & Submission for Processing
- Employment/Wage Verifications
- Receiving and distributing mail to HR department
- Management of employee records per our retention policy, maintaining both electronic and paper-based employee files
- FMLA tracking
- HR related project work
- Assistance to Director, Human Resources, within the department
- Processing Unemployment Claims, via the web portal
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in above mentioned HR related tasks required
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high-level of customer service
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, preferably UKG
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
