Responsibilities and Expectations:
The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple HR functions, including benefits and payroll, in a variety of record-keeping and data management tasks.
- Assist with processing of new hires and terminations
- Maintain HRIS records
- Provides support to Benefit Specialists for leave management, billing, operations and assigned projects
- Create reports from ADP Work Force Now
- Proactively study and standardize processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
- Reconciles benefits statements
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Expertise with internal controls
- Accurate, swift data entry abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple internal customers
- Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree of organization
- Excellent time management
- Ability to proactively identify and develop effective solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior experience with ADP preferred but not required
