Responsibilities and Expectations:  

The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple HR functions, including benefits and payroll, in a variety of record-keeping and data management tasks. 

• Assist with processing of new hires and terminations
• Maintain HRIS records
• Provides support to Benefit Specialists for leave management, billing, operations and assigned projects
• Create reports from ADP Work Force Now
• Proactively study and standardize processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
• Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
• Reconciles benefits statements

• Accurate, swift data entry abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple internal customers
• Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree of organization
• Excellent time management
• Ability to proactively identify and develop effective solutions
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience with ADP preferred but not required
