Hr Coordinator

*FULL TIME-MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9A-5P*

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to be on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Organize paperwork that comes in the mail
• Keep employees in compliance and up to date with documentation such as medicals, inservice, health assesments, etc.
• Assist in company-wide notices for the caregivers
• Hire applicants and making sure you get them processed to work quickly and efficiently
• Help screen phone calls that come into the office
• Keep up with CDC guidelines for the caregivers

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with the caregivers
• Kind person to all employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
