Hr Coordinator

Essential Job Duties 

• Responsible for handling employee related issues, serving as the point of contact for Shelterhouse staff

• Manages learning system to ensure that new and existing employees are up to date on all required trainings 

• Serves as a backup for onboarding with Executive Assistant is not available 

• Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll when finance is unable to and running all change reports 

• Responsible for recruiting efforts which include sourcing and scheduling interviews 

• Maintains all employees files to ensure compliance and recordkeeping timelines 

• Handles all payroll changes  

• Helps maintain human resource information system  

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• High school Diploma 

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically with employee relations experience

• Must be available to work 24 hours per week
