Job Description
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for handling employee related issues, serving as the point of contact for Shelterhouse staff
Manages learning system to ensure that new and existing employees are up to date on all required trainings
Serves as a backup for onboarding with Executive Assistant is not available
Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll when finance is unable to and running all change reports
Responsible for recruiting efforts which include sourcing and scheduling interviews
Maintains all employees files to ensure compliance and recordkeeping timelines
Handles all payroll changes
Helps maintain human resource information system
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school Diploma
1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically with employee relations experience
Must be available to work 24 hours per week
