The Office of Human Resources is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator role will be crucial for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, which is essential to maintaining employee satisfaction and legal compliance within the agency. Will ensure employees have access to, understand their benefits, and receive the benefits to which they are entitled, ultimately contributing to employee satisfaction and retention. Expected to coordinate processes and activities aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals. Expected to coordinate wellness related activities that are designed to help participants improve or maintain their health. Expected to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement within the organization.
