Job Description
Are you and HR Professional looking for work?
What we do:
NavigationHR provides fractional HR leadership and other HR consulting services to small and mid-sized companies throughout the U.S. We contract with business owners to provide as much, or as little, HR support as needed. We play many different roles for clients:
- We are organizations’ de facto HR department providing HR generalist and specialist functions, handling day-to-day HR activities.
- We help organizations manage their HR function, using their own employees who typically have little to no HR expertise and need guidance and management.
- We serve as organizations’ HR leader, working with company executives to provide oversight and help with corporate strategy.
- We perform specific projects and conduct investigations for the organization, including those companies with their own HR departments.
How we do it:
NavigationHR provides services both remotely and in client offices. We contract with our clients to give their organizations the HR help they need so that they concentrate on running their business. NavigationHR vets and connects HR consultants to work directly with our clients in a manner and on a schedule that best suits both the client and consultant.
To do this, we need a well-qualified pool of available HR professionals who want to work directly with our clients on a remote, in-office or hybrid environment. NavigationHR presents consultants to our clients who have the expertise and experience we believe they need to best help their organization succeed.
What we need:
NavigationHR needs all levels of proven HR professionals who want to work independently with our client companies. This is not an entry level position and does require a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience. Certification is preferred but not required. These are generally not full-time positions, but some consultants work with multiple clients to increase hours.
This is not an employer-employee relationship. We contract with you on a per assignment basis in order to satisfy the needs of our clients. It is entirely up to you whether to accept an offered assignment or not. You can work as much, or as little, as you want.
If this sounds like something you are interested in, please submit an application and include a current resume.
