JOB TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner FLSA Exempt
Resia is a vertically integrated real estate company that develops, builds, and manages multi-family communities across the country. We provide families with modern, quality apartments to call home. Resia Pods is a subsidiary of Resia that will be leasing a plant to produce Pods for use in the multi-family communities.
As part of our team, you'll collaborate vertically from design & development to the plant floor to design systems that will build POD's and ship them to the construction site.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position builds strong relationships with managers & employees to enhance workforce performance by supporting employee development, assist with strategic HR initiatives, and serve as a consultant on all general HR issues.
Success in this role will require influential partnership with middle and senior management within the organization to execure the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in thei role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources
  • Provide daily HR guidance to management staff and employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policy compliance.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations
  • Work closely with management to ensure employee engagement, positive working relations, build morale and increase retention
  • Lead annual engagement survey process and action planning for the manufacturing plant.
  • Provide HR policy guidance to managers and employees
  • Lead Diversity, Inclusion and Equity programs in the region and assist nationally.
  • Assist Learning and Development with training needs, onboarding, employee development practices and processes, etc.
  • Responsible for off-boarding processes
  • Understand data analytics to assist management in making informed decisions
  • Assist regional teams with goal setting, performance management, performance review process, compensation initiatives and succession planning.
  • Assist with internal HR audits
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Minimum of seven years of proven work experience as a Business Partner preferably in a construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • PHR preferred
  • Excellent people, communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical, goal oriented and focused on continuous improvement
  • Understand HR metrics and how they align with the business
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws
  • Full understanding of HR practices and functions to include Engagement, Recruting, Employee Relations, D&I, Learning and Development to assist functional leads.
  • Must be able to travel frequently within the state and often to other business units and/or corporate office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • This position works onsite.
