The HR Partner serves as a consultant and advisor to people leaders in the organization on HR related matters. This position focuses on building leader capability throughout the organization through coaching, advising, and supporting leaders in all facets of HR and serves as a trusted advisor.
Under general supervision, the HR Partner uses judgement, experience, process and tools to coach and counsel managers. They ensure accurate policy and process adherence and help build leader capability through training to ensure timely resolution to all needs.
The HR Partner acts as a change agent while the organization undergoes significant growth and transitions to process standardization and new technologies. This role is critical to ensuring leaders are equipped to deliver on Daikin's People Centered Management philosophy.
