Below is the salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills, and experience.
$113,300 - $210,400

Responsibilities
- Lead high-level talent strategy projects concentrated on building capability, supporting growth, and driving change
- Consult executives on complex organizational priorities involving structure, development, culture evolution and transformation
- Direct the design and delivery of integrated HR solutions focused on talent, leadership, performance and retention
- Provide insight to business leaders using analytics related to organization health, talent pipeline, and HR program effectiveness
- Lead enterprise-wide people initiatives and program launches within assigned division
- Guide and mentor (or manage) HRBPs and Associate HRBPs within area of responsibility
- Represent HR agenda for executive leadership team discussions and planning sessions
- Develop standards, frameworks, and tools to promote HR consistency and excellence
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resource or related experience
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Previous experience working in a larger, matrixed company
- Experience leading significant Change Management projects

- Knowledge across HR disciplines including talent acquisition, development, total rewards, and employment law
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives and enable managers as a trusted advisor
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with track record of solving complex people issues

- Experience guiding organizational change and talent transformation initiatives
- Strong business acumen with a talent/people lens
