At Aquatic, we are actively recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support Campus/Early Career Recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by identifying and nurturing top talent at the University level. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive campus recruitment program, with a strong focus on PhD students. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, managing social media and marketing initiatives, and providing support to campus/early career hires throughout their first two years with Aquatic.
Role Details
- Program Development: Develop a campus recruitment program from the ground up, including clear strategies, policies, and procedures to attract and hire undergrad and grad level students.
- Sourcing and Relationship Management: Identify, source, and establish strong relationships with target universities, faculty members, and career services to access top PhD student talent.
- School Partnerships: Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships, internship programs, and other cooperative initiatives that align with our hiring needs.
- Social Media and Marketing: Create and execute effective social media and marketing campaigns to promote our campus recruitment program, engage with potential candidates, and build our employer brand on campuses.
- Candidate Selection: Lead the selection process for campus hires, including conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates for our organization.
- Onboarding: Develop and implement an onboarding program tailored to campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the workplace.
- Mentorship and Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to campus hires during their first two years with the organization to facilitate their growth, development, and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Strong network within the academic community and knowledge of campus recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
