Hr Assistant

We are looking for an HR assistant to assist the HR department of the plant in daily operations.
This position will pay based on experience
Responsibilities of an HR Assistant includes:
Handle the filing, storage, and retrieval of HR documents.
Recruitment Support
Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including career fairs, and scheduling interviews.
HR Reporting
Analyze HR reports to determine key metrics, such as employee turnover, headcount, and recruitment status.
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.
Compliance And Policies Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the HR department and plant manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone and email inquiries.
Provide support for employee and community engagement activities.
Experience assisting employees abroad obtaining a work visa is a plus
HR Experience a must
proficient on a computer
must be available for a day shift position
HS Diploma required
