Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Greets guests in a professional manner; responsible for first impression of applicants.
Orders all name badges, MAX shirts, movie tickets and special event tickets in a timely manner.
Orders flowers for the Credit Union and maintains appropriate records for billing reconcilement.
Handles all business with vending machines promptly and accurately.
Processes multiple work site reports by the quarterly deadline.
Orders and distributes birthday and anniversary cards for the Credit Union.
Orders necessary supplies for department and organizes efficiently.
Assists with the coordination of various associate events.
Handles associate inquiries.
Maintains and safeguards all associate personnel files ensuring accurate and timely filing of all records.
Assists with the new hire process by creating new hire bags, ordering name badges and creating personnel files for new associate orientation.
Handles all background checks on applicants for selection purposes.
Maintains HR stats monthly.
Maintains and updates HR databases regularly.
Administers oral drug screens, sends to lab for processing and reconciles billing statement.
Reconciles monthly credit card statements.
Schedules appointments and meetings, reserve corporate cars and meeting rooms when needed.
Maintains a member first mindset
Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
Completes all training as required.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
