Hr Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, as well as excellent administrative and communication skills. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Duties
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
