Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR/Administrative experience
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provides reports as requested.
- Track hires through the offer, background check and onboarding process; ensure new hire paperwork is complete and processed; collect and maintain employee competency records.
- Communicates with new hire during the offer and on-boarding process by email and phone at least once a week and conducts New Hire Orientation for all corporate office employees.
- Responds to HR and benefits questions from employees within 24 hours. Keeps VP of HR apprised of any issue that cannot be resolved within 24 hours.
