Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe daily responsibilities include fulfilling customer requests while efficiently operating multiple computer programs and offering first class customer service. An Account Analyst will be required to properly maintain their processing queues by accurately processing borrower requests, processing partner updates and school certifications.
Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to learn quickly through continuous Comprehensive Training
• Multi-tasking skills including time management
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Superior customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Degree or Veterans preferred but not required
• Must not currently be in default on student loans
• Must pass a Federal Clearance background check
• Experience with MS Office

• Starting pay at $16.20 plus an additional fringe pay of $4.41/hr to be used for benefits, 401k and/or can be added back to your paycheck if no benefits are selected.
