JOB PURPOSE
Add value to the company by serving as a member of the sales team and meeting sales goals. Also responsible for ensuring that compensation and employee benefits are in line with company policies, verifying that training and professional development takes place in a timely manner, and that staff is informed and are adhering to all company policies. Liaison with the Business office to ensure compliance with all Payroll, HR and related documents are accurate and current. Lead the certification training of all new employees and motivate staff to build sales skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform all regular duties associated with Asst. Directorship in a professional manner
Provides consistent and frequent communication to guide all employees towards a shared vision, goals, and expectations
Responsible for employes' successful completion of onboarding, coaching and offboarding in a timely manner in accordance with company policy
Paycom
Recruiting, interviewing and hiring leaders
Responsible for scheduling and the approvals of time off requests
Liaison with HR to ensure the completion of all HR sprints by set due dates
Responsible for the current status of all documents and spreadsheets, including the master contact list.
Continuously develop talent and empower employees to develop professionally
Ensure that all coaching sessions are productive and conducted as scheduled
Continuously alert buying team to new trends and shifting customers' purchasing preferences
Give guidance on pricing strategies and opportunities as well as recommend items for price reduction
Attend morning zoom meetings and participate in key company mini-retreats, workshops and meetings
Meet with individual employees as needed to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Develop leadership through positive communication aimed at motivating and coaching sales staff
Devise and implement strategies to ensure that all health and safety regulations are consistently being followed
Support the Internal Audit department in their efforts to improve company processes
PREFERRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
High attention to detail and task-oriented
Self-motivated and able to motivate, coach and lead others in a team environment
Planning and organization are key requirements for this position
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent Management experience.
Experience Preferred in Customer Service.
Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events.
