Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain Shelter Plus Care client files ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform HQS inspections of each Shelter Plus Care program participant occupied unit annually from lease commencement date.
- Participate in local Coordinated Entry meetings, Balance of State Cocand other meetings as necessary.
- Provide additional LIHTC property management and tenant assistance as needed; responsibilities may include;
- Leasing, marketing, and resident relations, maintaining tenant files, ensuring accuracy and compliance; processing new applications and maintain waiting lists.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries immediately or within one business day.
- Coordinate resident functions per the Supportive Service Agreement.
- Assist in overseeing maintenance work orders, make-ready and ensure turnovers are completed within five days of vacancy. Inspect the property make maintenance lists as needed.
- Collect rent, send notices per policy, purchase orders and all receipts process deposits.
- Maintain resident relations and ensure that residents understand their responsibilities for the community. Handle resident complaints when they arise and per lease provisions,
- Maintain and update parking permits. C: Communicate with residents through newsletters, resident meetings and follow up on
- service requests and continual promotion of resident services.
- Perform HQS inspections of each occupied unit annually from lease commencement date : including unit visits and semiannual inspections.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Highly detail oriented, skilled in accuracy.
- Ability to work with information in a confidential manner.
- Strong skills working with Business Applications such as GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets and the GoogleSuite environment and/or Microsoft Tools.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- High school diploma with courses in typing or business practices; AND
- At least one (1) year experience in a community service or property management; OR
- Graduated from an accredited Low Income Housing Tax Credit training.

Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
Physical Requirements:
