Expected to do outreach for our Housing Stabilization Agency and find individuals who can benefit from finding housing with us! (visiting shelters, sending emails, etc)
If you have connections within the community and can connect individuals to our agency that also works!
Job Description:
- The Client Outreach Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining connections with individuals experiencing homelessness or ( If you work in a shelter, chemical dependency program or with vulnerable clients) , aiming to identify those in need of housing and related services.
- The role involves actively seeking out potential clients, assessing their housing needs, and referring them us so we can help them in finding housing or supportive services.
- Additionally, the specialist is tasked with ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for acceptance into housing stabilization programs and conducting follow-up to track progress and address any outstanding requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and a comprehensive understanding of housing resources and eligibility criteria.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
