JBS Realty is hiring a full-time Housing Authority Administrative Assistant for a rapidly growing property management company. We are seeking a candidate with excellent people skills, high energy, positive attitude, and who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company. No sales or leasing experience required. Desirable candidates will have experience working with the different housing authorities, however will train the right candidate.
Office Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications
- Office Experience is a must
- Experience with G-Suite programs (Gmail, google docs, google sheets)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment
- Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on client needs
- Organizational skills; ability to manage projects effectively and on-time
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Schedule, Coordinate, Track and take Ownership of Housing Authority Inspections
- Prepare, Track and Follow-up on all Housing Authority documentation
- Prepare Lease Agreement and Lease Renewals
- City Rental Registrations/ Lead Based Paint Certifications
- Share Maintenance responsibilities with other Administrative Assistant
