SalaryLast Best Cleaners is seeking a determined individual with a keen eye for detail who will thrive as a Team Leader housekeeper.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as part of a team to successfully complete company operations, which include but are not limited to, cleaning all rooms in houses, restocking household supplies, maintaining company cleanliness standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to promote efficient and high-quality service.
- Effective communication skills with team members and clientele.
- Inspect all homes to ensure company standards are met.
- Training new housekeeping staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commute to Big Sky 5 days/week with co-workers in a company vehicle.
- Accountable and professional demeanor while helping to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibly lead a team.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting pay - $32/hour
- $500 sign on bonus after 2 months of employment
