Team Leader - Average hourly wage of $27/hour - Ski Pass - 401K
Our Culture: We believe in people pursuing their pas sions in the mountains. That's why our team members work a schedule that allows them to ski / ride any day they want. While working in small teams of passionate skiers / riders, each shop facilitates tons of fun in and outside of work as a team, all while earning more money than working in a typical ski shop. Culture is King at Ski Butlers, which is why we work hard to create a positive and hard working environment for our team members, allowing them to get their work done quickly and efficiently, which tr anslates to more time spent on the mountains.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall operations and customer service standards during each shift you work. You are also responsible for setting up the next shift for success. You will manage a team of Ski Technicians each shift ranging from 4-15 techs on at a time. The start date for Team Leaders is _______ and no prior experience is required.

The Shifts:
- Full-time Team Leaders are required to work 5 shifts and 40 hours per week
- AM shift 630am-230pm / PM shift 2pm-10pm
Compensation:
- Full-time Team Leaders have a base wage of $21 per hour plus weekly tip outs based on the combined credit card tips of the Ski Technicians.
- For the 22/23 season, average wage inclu ding credit card tips (excluding cash tips pocketed) was between $27 - $33 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Pre and post shift team meetings, ensuring each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities for that shift.
- Real time feedback and coaching, both positive and constructive, to ensure we are hitting our Key Customer Requirements.
- Schedule work assignments for the following shift.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Administrati ve work.
- Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system.
- Ensuring brand standards are being met daily i.e.: uniforms, vans, equipment, shop cleanliness, etc.
