We are currently looking for a Full Time Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Key job responsibilities include:
- Prepare daily assignment schedules to include established routine duties, as well as special areas to be cleaned or special laundry needs. Maintain adequate service to all areas at all times to ensure standards of Community.
- Tour each assigned area on a regular basis.
- Supervise Housekeeping and Laundry staff on a daily basis and ensure instructions and safety rules are being observed.
- Train new employees, assign them to tasks, and closely supervise them until fully trained.
- Introduce and instruct personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods to provide most efficient and economical methods of maintaining Community site.
- Ensure adequate laundry inventory for all areas.
- Change linen orders and tags for Independent Living distribution daily.
- Recommend personnel actions such as employing, transferring, and/or terminating to Director of Facilities.
- Tag defective equipment for maintenance and immediately report any major emergency to Director of Facilities.
- Ensure all Housekeeping and Laundry operations meet all applicable Federal, State, and City regulations/law.
- Full Time
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to four years of supervisory experience.
- Housekeeping and/or Laundry Supervisory experience a plus.
- Take the 58 Bus to the front door
