Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maximizing profitability for the hotel.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed customer expectations.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the hotel and generate leads.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Hotel Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
• Knowledge of local market trends and industry regulations.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
