```Duties```
-This hotel is an Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels. A boutique hotel with the flexibility of operation to keep our identity with being a family operated franchisee with Choice Hotels International.
-Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and manage hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with hotel operations software systems for reservations, inventory management, and reporting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
