Hotel Front Desk Clerk

The Inn at Saratoga is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual who loves our guests as much as we do. The ideal Front Desk Clerk candidate must be able to multi task, work in a faced paced environment, and possess great attention to detail. The qualified candidate will be responsible for customer service, checking in and out guests, and responding to guests needs and requests.

Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication, phone, and hospitality skills.
• This job is year round, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• Scheduled shifts will include both 7 AM-3 PM and 3 PM-11 PM
• Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

* Please note this is not a receptionist position, medical reception desk experience is not similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
