The Guest Service Representative is responsible for exceptional customer service at the Front Desk and executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout their shift. This includes reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service. Schedules require rotating weekend shifts from 11 PM to 7AM. Every shift includes billing, recording inventory and any other task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.
