Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. ### Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Make reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.72 - $11.31 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
