We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve our guests' first point of conct and manage all aspects of their accomodation. The Front Desk responsilities will include managing reservations, registering guests and providing information on rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a love for customer service and creating pleasant experiences for our guests, we'd love to have you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome arriving guestsAssist guests with local area information.
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Collecting necessary information such as contact details and dates of guests stay
- Know how to find locations around the city.
- Be courteous and helpful.
- Answer questions about events in the city.
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve conflicts between parties.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services of Hilton Honors members and wedding guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.67 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
