The Front Desk Agent/guest service associate is often the first person to interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service. As the friendly face of the property, the Front Desk Agent has a great desire to work with people. You are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring that guests' needs are properly addressed.

Job Requirements

• Works the Hotel Front Desk, answering phone calls and assisting guests for check-in, check-out, booking reservations, etc.. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Prefer candidates with Hotel Front Desk experience. Knowledge of Hilton OnQ PMS is a plus.
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
