SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk during evening and overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary
- Assist with night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and balancing accounts
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and room availability
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Flexibility to work evening and overnight shifts
