Hotel Front Desk Agent

The LA USC Vagabond Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent.

• Monday: 7am-3:30pm
• Wednesday: 7am-3:30pm
• Thursday: 3pm-11:30pm
• Friday: 3pm-11:30pm
• Saturday: 3pm-11:30pm

Qualifications:

• Hotel Front Desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Must have sound judgment and good work ethics
• Must be able to work under pressure and be able to multitask

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Daily Opening and Closing duties
• Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, handling policies and procedures.
• Answering phone calls and book reservations according to the hotel procedure
• Display good organization and time management skills
• Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk area
• Complete project assignments on time

Calificaciones:

• Se prefiere experiencia en recepción de hotel, ventas o servicio al cliente
• Puede trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínima.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita requeridas
• Debe tener buen juicio y buena ética de trabajo.
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión y ser capaz de realizar múltiples tareas

Los deberes incluyen pero no se limitan a lo siguiente:

• Tareas diarias de apertura y cierre
• Comprenda completamente y se adhiera al crédito adecuado, las políticas y los procedimientos de manejo.
• Responder llamadas telefónicas y reservar reservas de acuerdo con el procedimiento del hotel.
• Mostrar buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
• Mantiene la limpieza y el orden del área de recepción.
• Completar las tareas del proyecto a tiempo

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
