Boutique Hotel - Multiple Entry Level Positions Open Now (Cupertino)
A progressive and well established boutique business hotel is seeking Front Desk Associate/Night Auditors to join our growing team. We're located in the heart of Silicon Valley catering to many of the local high-tech businesses and have guests from all over the world.
We are growing and are looking for customer service oriented individuals who are looking to grow with us as well. We're looking for flexible team players with a positive attitude and a desire to advance their careers as well. Hospitality industry experience would be preferred, but not required. Front Desk/Night Audit Agents
Front Desk/Night Audit Agent will serve as the Front-Line personnel to hotel guests in handling problems, complaints, and informational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work on evening, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and perform all essential functions.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Hotel experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Comply with Hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Constantly stand/walk throughout during the shift.
- Occasional stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling guest luggage and property equipment.
- Good teamwork skills
- Bilingual Preferred in Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese and Hindi.
