Responsibilities

As a Food& Beverage Team Member, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Servers will provide exceptional service and create personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
• Be a brand advocate of the restaurant
• Expertly know the menu, speak to preparation methods and make recommendations based on individual preference and house specialties
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal process
• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications and provide flawless presentation
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assist fellow Team Members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A passion for service with a positive, social, and can-do attitude
• Team work
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous experience with Select-Service Hotel Food & Beverage (F&B) will be given first priority
• Breakfast Server & Hotel Banquets experience not required but is a plus
