Project Coordinator

The purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to provide support for our construction operations teams and service department by overseeing the purchase of all materials and overall project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate material / equipment is ordered
• Manage inventory and deliveries
• Support sub quotes, rates and contracts
• Support superintendents with scheduling tasks
• Manage customer change order signature / approval process
• Support key selections with preconstruction and after turnover meetings
• Daily task management audits and after all operations meetings
• Submittals and required docs for permitting process

Additional Expectations:

• Daily Check-in with VP Ops
• Weekly updates on all responsibilities
• Monthly inventory walk through

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the pool construction industry
• Inventory management experience
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, vendors & team members
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify potential issues and propose solutions
• Adaptability and composure under stress
• Eagerness for personal and professional growth
